Getting Started
Creating Your Account
Signing up is quick and easy. Click "Join Now" on our homepage, enter a valid email address, create a password, and optionally add a profile photo. You'll receive a verification email—click the link to activate your account.
Setting Up Your Profile
A complete profile helps you make better connections. Add a clear photo, write a short bio about your interests, and select topics you enjoy discussing. You can edit this information anytime from your account settings.
Using the Platform
Starting a Video Chat
Click the "Start Random Chat" button on your dashboard to be connected with a random user. If you want to filter by interests or location, use the preferences panel before starting. To end a conversation, simply close the chat window.
Text Messaging
While video chatting, you can also send text messages, emojis, and stickers using the chat panel. Your conversation history is saved for future reference (unless you choose to delete it).
Finding Specific People
Use the search feature to find users by username or interests. You can also browse users online now in the "People" section. If someone's profile interests you, send a connection request.
Troubleshooting
Camera/Microphone Not Working
Ensure you've granted browser permissions for camera and microphone access. Check that no other application is using your devices. Try refreshing the page or switching browsers if issues persist.
Connection Issues
Poor video quality? Check your internet connection speed. For best results, use a wired connection or stable WiFi with at least 5 Mbps download speed. Close unnecessary applications consuming bandwidth.
Account Problems
Can't log in? Use the password reset link on the login page. If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. For other account issues, contact [email protected].
